I have this since I'm a kid, and I had the have it now on a DVD this program combines intersting movments of aerobic and in a good speed not so easy which is great.

Best core work and the most challenging Gilad workout to date. Love the free shipping and Gilad's excellent instructional form. I have done his workouts since the early 80's. I would call this series "Core Essentials". Keep more series coming.
