I used to watch gilad 20 years ago when I was young and always looked forward to his workouts. He has really evolved with the times. He has more imagination and humor than anyone else.

Finally, a workout for the abs that does not require floor work, but seems to produce better results with the use of a medicine ball--also an excellent cardiovascular routine. This is the equivalent of a full-body workout that is centered in the core abdominal area!

This is a really good DVD-I can feel my abs working while using the ball-I use a 4pd power ball-Gilad never says how much weight to use-I will keep this w/o is my rotation! Love it!

This was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He used to make fun of people using dvds but has learned that you can get great workouts from them. He really prefers the Gilad dvds and he likes the challenge of this one, too.
I was really happy with how quickly I received the tape. It made it right on time for Christmas!
