intense workout |

I was looking for a workout that concentrated on kickboxing routines because those are what get me sweating the most. This DVD delivers! Not only do you get a fabulous cardio workout that's easy on the joints, you're getting a better than average abs workout since all moves originate from the core. I'm a 55 year old female who's been a fan for years. I can't wait to see the results from this great workout.

You were recommended to me by my doctor, who works out to your DVD's, as good cross training for the rowing that I do on alternate days. It's a great work-out, and I feel myself standing straighter and taller as a result of it.
The shipping time was fine.
