Me and my wife were in Israel for vacation, there on TV we saw Bodies in motion with Gilad, we liked it so much that I ordered this DVD as a christmasgift to my wife (AND me)

I love this workout. I did it several years ago and got in great shape. unfortunately i got out of shape again after having a baby. The workout is really helping, I very much appreciate having it.

I've been using this Step Aerobics workout regularly for years and I never get tired of it. The moves are not complicated, so I can concentrate on putting a lot of energy and intensity into the workout. Gilad's cueing is perfect, as usual. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys step aerobics.
