I really love this DVD. It is your basic moves on a bench, no twirls or a lot of turns. Just a great work out. I have enjoyed working out with Gilad off and on for 25 years and will continue.
The shipping time was very good.
Thanks for sharing your fitness workout with us all.

Me and my wife were in Israel for vacation, there on TV we saw Bodies in motion with Gilad, we liked it so much that I ordered this DVD as a christmasgift to my wife (AND me)

I love this workout. I did it several years ago and got in great shape. unfortunately i got out of shape again after having a baby. The workout is really helping, I very much appreciate having it.
