It'a a challenge but that's what I wanted. Gilad is so easy to follow! I also ordered a DVD from another well-known instructor when I ordered Gilad's; his is so much easier to follow! Now I want a step aerobics DVD to replace my old VCR tape.

I ordered the Ultimate Body Sculpt about a year ago and love all 3 DVDs! I mix it up and do a different one daily. I was traveling and left the Power & Grace grace in my DVD player at home, so just ordered a new one, so I can have it every day on my laptop while traveling! Gilad is ageless! I love the Hawaii setting as I am outdoor girl and love to cycle and do not like to work out indoors so this is the best of both worlds! I also just ordered the Ultimate Body Sculpt! Highly recommend for anyone of any age...to stay in shape and love the eating plan to stay on track! I will be 59 yrs old in Sept and love being in shape and easy with Gilad!
