I found out after getting the video that it was for men, but I love it. It takes everyting at a really good pace and I had no problem with any of it. Thanks!! So glad I saw you on TV 3 years ago.

I LOVE THIS DVD. I am a woman, who was a bit wary of the men's only workout, but I enjoy it so much, even though it's pretty tough. The energy is through the roof, and Gilad and the guys just keep me going. Favorite workout of all.

I love this workout!!!! It isa good overall workout with cardio,strength and flexibility combined; and it is fun to do. The workout is labelled for men and Gilads team is all men but as a 59 year old woman who has been working out with Gilad for years, I find it challenging but had no trouble completing the workout the first time I did it-I know Gilad is one big reason I am in good shape :)

This is a Christmas present for my son-in-law and he has always enjoyed receiving a Gilad workout dvd. I'm certain it will be a great gift & a challenging workout.
