I am very particular about the vitamins/supplements that I use. I spend a lot of time researching before selecting a brand. The 4X simply stated is the best on the market. The positive impact on my skin alone has all of my friends thinking I am doing botox and fillers and I am not. It has completely transformed my skin to a youthful glow with no wrinkles. And this is of course only the vanity aspect. I have noticed that my work outs are easier and my recovery time is greatly improved. I have also noticed an overall sense of "well being" as a result of taking 3 capsules daily. I sleep better and awake feeling well rested and without any joint stiffness upon waking. I simply cannot say enough about the 4x- it is an external and internal fountain of youth!

I have not had this product long enough to really rate it yet. After I have used it for a month I will be back to let you know if I notice any changes. I do know that I have followed Gilad for around 20 years. I have always loved everything that I have ordered from him. His exercise videos do the job as long as you actually use them. I love everything Gilad!

rated 4, b/c i haven't taken the supplement long enough to objectively be accurate. However, i have used GIlad's workouts over the years, they are tried and true -through both my pregnancies, and now i even purchased some dvd's, as schedules with kids are hectic. Time will tell in regards to the supplemets..
