The DVD is great, I've been a fan for 20 years. The DVD originally arrived in speedy time but the case was damaged, The shipping package was not very robust. I contacted your website and was taken care of quickly. Your staff replaced the damaged DVD quickly. The packaging was heavier, the DVD was better protected. Great job on everyones part. Thanks Jo

Love the DVD! Have been working out "with" Gilad for years! Now in my 70's I find that this DVD is perfect for me - I don't have to worry about hurting myself! Yet I'm pretty fit, and want to keep that way.
The shipping was fantastic - the fastest I've ever experienced from on-line purchases. Thanks!

I use to workout by watching Gilad on TV 23 years ago (where does time go?!!) Now that I have found this website I've purchased four DVD's to date and love the variety it gives me in a workout!!!! So much appreciated! This old gal isnt ready to act her age! Thank you GILAD AND TEAM!

I love this DVD, I had the VHS version but since we have a DVD player I had to get a new one. Within one week I can feel results. It is a great DVD for someone just starting and for someone who is older.

It has been many many years since i used this workout. I was in my early 20s when i first used it and i saw great results in 6 weeks. A few years later i acquired thyroid disease and have become out of shape. I am so glad i found this again. I finally have my thyroid under control and need to add exercise to get some weight off of me. Thanks for having the "Classic Collection". I know what this workout does for a body and It is Wonderful!
