We absolutely love the Gilad Work Out cd's. They are all very upbeat and inspiring. I really appreciate how Gilad talks through the whole routine so that we know what steps and moves to do and we can keep up. My husband and myself are in our 50's. We modify the routines to meet our fitness level, however, each week we get stronger and are able to do more and more. Gilad inspires us to "Fly with the eagles"!

This was pretty good. I enjoy functional fitness a little more just because it works more of my body. But the abs is great too. Will definitely purchase more of the cd's. I can't get Gilad on Dish network and I loved him on DirectTv. Thanks!!
