Exactly what I wanted and does the business. I love the old style as I felt nostalgic for it. The 30 min is easy, the 60 min is reasonably challenging.
I must commend the Gilad store for their service. I live in the UK and not only did the DVD arrive very quickly, it was excellently and cleverly packaged to arrive in good condition. Thanks to all.

I had the old copies of Bodies in Motion on DVD's. The VCR ate the DVD's so I had to replace them with CD. Thank you for the modern version but as I recall I didn't think I could be so sore. I am doing the exercises 4 days a week. I know it will take 3 months to see some results but I know that day will come. Aloha

I just received the tape and I love it!! I miss seeing Gilad on television. For some reason he is not on my cable tv any longer. I looked for him on the internet and I am glad I found his website. Love the tape. It is not a crazy hard to follow routine like some others. It's easy to follow, fun, and at the same time challenging. He is very motivating. So happy I found the website. Keep up the good work.
