This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was thrilled at how quickly it arrived. This came faster than orders I've placed with Collage or Amazon. I was amazed. Very happy with the purchase as I've got this dvd myself.

Great whole-body workout

I really enjoy this workout! The upper body workout is done during the aerobic step portion, followed by a lower body segment and an ab segment. The step aerobic moves are not complicated, so I can concentrate on the weights and upper body workout but still get my aerobic workout done at the same time. I've been doing this workout regularly for years, and am replacing my old VHS tapes with DVDs so that I can keep doing Gilad's workouts for many more years!
